The consulate in association with Hindi Samaj of WA celebrated Hindi Divas on September 16 with enthusiastic participation of young kids and community members. Paathshala students and other kids made beautiful cultural presentations in Hindi while the community seniors highlighted the importance of Hindi, particularly abroad, in a short skit written by Abhishek Mishra, directed by Malvika Mishra and enacted by local artists, including from Uttar Pradesh Awadh Manch and Hindi Samaj of WA. Literary presentations were made by Dr. Renu Sharma, Abhishek Mishra & Kushal Kushlendra. CG called upon the community to redouble their efforts to promote Hindi among wider Indian and WA communities.
